Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 100 ml oil
- 100 ml milk, lukewarm
- 200 ml water
- ½ pack of fresh yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 450 g flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- e.g. butter
- e.g. sesame
- n. B. Black cumin

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
These dumplings are easy to prepare for a quick breakfast. You can also fill them with salami or cheese.
Combine all the ingredients for the dough, except for the flour and salt, in a mixing bowl. Add the flour and salt and knead the dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Form the dough into balls, roll them out into ovals, brush with melted butter, fold them over, brush with more butter, and fold them over again. Place the balls on a baking sheet, leaving space between them, and let them rise for about 15 minutes. Brush the balls with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin seeds, and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
