Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large turnips
- 2 passion fruit(s)
- ½ orange(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- e.g. parsley
- e.g. chili threads
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the turnips if desired, then finely slice them. Arrange them fan-shaped on plates. Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the insides. Squeeze the orange. Pour both over the carpaccio. Season with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Decorate and serve.
