Season 500g of mixed minced meat with salt, pepper, curry, and paprika. Mix with an egg and a finely chopped onion. If the mixture is too loose, add breadcrumbs. Form small balls and fry them all over in a large pot. When they’re nicely browned, mix with half a tube of tomato paste (add to the pot and fry). Add a good 1.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil and add 500g of elbow macaroni to the pot. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry, and paprika. Cook until the pasta is cooked through. Add a little more water if it’s too thick.
