Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter passion fruit juice from a tetra pack or freshly squeezed
  • 1 mango(s), peeled, diced
  • 5 kiwi(s), peeled, diced
  • ½ pack of gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

my absolute favorite jam

Combine the passion fruit juice, mango, and kiwis in a saucepan. Simmer gently (about 2-3 minutes) until the mango is translucent. Add the gelling sugar, stir, and puree with a hand blender. Bring back to a rolling boil and test for settling. Pour into hot, rinsed, twist-off jars, seal, and briefly turn upside down. Of course, you can freshly squeeze the passion fruit juice, but that’s too expensive for me.
