Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 can fruit cocktail (preserve – drained weight 500 g) = Trutti Fruttiss

A “dessert” from the 60s and 70s. The butter cookies are placed in a shallow glass bowl/glass baking dish, possibly broken. Other simple, “drier” cookies can also be used, but the original dessert had to be butter cookies. Drain the fruit cocktail in a sieve. Pour the drained fruit over the butter cookies. Make a vanilla pudding from the pudding mix, sugar, and milk. Pour the pudding over the butter cookies and fruit layers and let cool. The heat and moisture should soften the cookies; that’s how it’s supposed to be.
