  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

If using frozen spinach, it should be thawed completely beforehand. Preheat the oven to 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine the flour, dry yeast, water, olive oil, and half a teaspoon of salt in a bowl and knead with a mixer (dough hook) until you have a smooth, pliable dough. You can also knead it further by hand at the end. Turn off the oven and place the bowl with the dough inside. Let it rise for at least an hour. The dough should have visibly increased in size. In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the pizza. Peel and halve the garlic clove and onion. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté both until translucent, then pour the passata into the pan, season with herbs and salt, and let cool. Season the shredded meat with salt and pepper and brown it in a pan with olive oil. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Chop the remaining ingredients and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Then place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the hollandaise sauce on one half of the pizza, top with spinach and broccoli, and then top with the seared chicken. Season the pizza with salt and oregano and sprinkle with cheese. Spread the tomato sauce on the other half of the pizza, then the salami, then the mushrooms, salt and oregano if desired, and finally the mozzarella. Bake the pizza for about 20-30 minutes.
