Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 140 g flour
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 45 g sugar
  • some raisins
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick variant

Mix flour with milk and salt to form a smooth batter. Crack in the eggs and gently fold in. Heat the butter in a pan and add the batter. Sprinkle with raisins, cover, and bake until golden brown on both sides. Break it up with a spatula, add the sugar, cover again briefly, mix, and serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving. Quick tip: If it’s too heavy to turn the batter all at once, simply divide it into four pieces. This makes it much easier.
