Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 30 g gingerbread spice
- 5 g ammonium bicarbonate
- 5 g instant coffee powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 20 g lemon juice
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 50 g milk
- 30 g lemon juice
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 30 g sugar sprinkles (love pearls)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Christmas biscuits, very tasty, was my favorite cake as a child
Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a whisk, varying the amount of milk to make the batter spreadable. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180-200°C. Pour the lemon and powdered sugar mixture onto the hot cake and sprinkle with candy sprinkles. Cut the cake into diamond shapes.
