Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 roll(s) (Kaiser-)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Meatballs, meatballs, bullettes…

Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little butter, then finely chop the parsley (if it’s fresh). Soak the bread roll in water. Place the minced meat in a bowl and add the sautéed onion and parsley. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well and add it to the bowl, mixing everything well with salt and pepper. Knead thoroughly and form 6-8 meatballs (as desired). Brown them in butter on both sides. We serve this with mashed potatoes and gravy.
