Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 bananas, very ripe
  • 500 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

spicy smoothie for 2 people

Peel the bananas, chop them into large pieces, and freeze them for about 3 hours. Then, combine all ingredients in a blender and make a smoothie. Pour the milk into two glasses and enjoy.
