Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack of sauce powder, vanilla, no cooking
  • 100 ml milk
  • 130 ml white rum
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), the pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the cream and sugar in a blender and mix briefly. Then add all the remaining ingredients in the order listed above, mixing briefly after each addition. Don’t add the pudding mix all at once, but rather in small batches, as it might clump. Pour the liqueur into a bottle, let it sit in the fridge for a day, and enjoy! The liqueur will keep a little longer with long-life milk and long-life cream, but I find it tastes better with fresh ingredients. So always keep it refrigerated!
