Vanilla cream quark

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 250 ml Cremefine vanilla for whipping
  • some liquid sweetener
  • Fruits such as strawberries, raspberries or blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

light and fluffy, low in calories

Beat the low-fat quark with the vanilla yogurt and a little milk until creamy, ideally using a hand mixer or a food processor. The longer it sits, the fluffier the cream will be. Sweeten the cream with sweetener as desired. Then whip the Cremefine and fold it into the quark cream. Serve the quark dish in a dessert glass with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries. If you don’t want to use sweetener, you can also use regular sugar, although this will no longer reduce the calorie content.
