Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pck Vanilla custard powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Agave syrup
  • 200 g Low fat quark

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pudding as usual, but omit the sugar. Then let the pudding cool down (in a cold water bath if you want it to go quickly).
  • Stir the quark and agave syrup into the lukewarm or cold pudding.
  • (is delicious pure or with strawberries or other fruits)
