Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 vanilla pods
  • 500 ml vodka 37.5%

Instructions

Split the vanilla pods and place them in a clean, sealable glass jar. Add the vodka, close the jar, and let it rest in a cool, dark place for 6 months (shaking gently occasionally). After the resting period, the extract is poured through a sieve into dark glass bottles and sealed. Ensure utmost cleanliness here, too. The vanilla pods can be dried and processed into vanilla powder.
