simple and delicious

When making vanilla pudding, it is often served with raspberry sauce to add a naturally tart flavor to the pudding’s rather artificially sweet taste. However, if you have a spare 75g bag of dried cranberries, you can stir them into the pudding during preparation to make the industrial pudding more delicious. If you want to try it without the ready-made mix: Stir the sugar and 2 heaped tablespoons of cornstarch into 100ml of cold milk until smooth, then heat the remaining 400ml of milk with the scraped seeds of a vanilla pod and the enclosed pod. Remove the pod before stirring in the starch mixture to create a real pudding.
