Vanilla Yogurt
The perfect vanilla yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Yogurt
- 250 ml Milk
- 20 g Sugar
- 12 g Food starch
- 2 Pc. Egg yolk
- 2 Pc. Salt
- 0,5 Pc. Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- Put all the ingredients except the yoghurt in a saucepan and slowly warm it up while stirring constantly until the whole thing binds, remove from the stove and let it cool. The cold yogurt is stirred into the cooled portion.
- Put the finished vanilla yoghurt in the refrigerator, let it steep before consuming. Tastes best straight from the refrigerator.
