Vanny's Tomato Ravioli Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of ravioli in tomato sauce
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 40 ml condensed milk, 4%
  • 60 ml low-fat milk 1.5%
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 20 g cheese, grated 16%
  • 20 g processed cheese, 9%
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, chop the onion into small pieces and mix with the crushed garlic. Then sauté them in a pan with oil for a few minutes. Mix the condensed milk with the semi-skimmed milk and add it to the pan with the sautéed garlic and onions. Let this mixture simmer briefly and then reduce the heat. Add the egg yolks and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and mix them with the ravioli. Fill a baking dish with the tomato ravioli, pour the egg and onion mixture over them, distribute the processed cheese in small portions over them, and sprinkle the grated cheese over the baking dish. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the finished casserole with parsley.
