Veal fillets with feta cheese and tomato filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g veal fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil (corn oil)
  • 30 g sheep’s cheese
  • 30 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 2 tbsp herbs of your choice (e.g. parsley, chives, basil)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy, tastes excellent

Pound the veal fillets thinly between cling film. Finely chop or mince the feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, toast, and herbs, and mix. Arrange the pieces on one half of the veal fillets, fold the fillets over, and secure with toothpicks. Sear the meat in oil until crisp, then turn over. Reduce the heat, cover, and continue cooking for a few minutes until the meat is cooked through. Serve with rice and a green salad.
