Veal Liver with Onion Rings on Topinky
The perfect veal liver with onion rings on topinky recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Large slice of veal liver approx. 200 g
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Coarse sea salt from the mill
- Colorful pepper from the pepper mill
- Oil
- 1 Large onion approx. 100 g
- 1 tsp Flour
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- 2 Discs Farmers bread
- Paper towels
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- Fry the two slices of bread in a pan with oil until golden-brown on both sides, degrease on kitchen paper and rub vigorously on both sides with a clove of garlic. Peel the onion, cut into rings, toss in flour (1 teaspoon) and mild curry powder (1 teaspoon), fry in a pan with oil until golden brown and take out again. Divide the veal liver slice, flour it and fry in a pan with oil for 3 minutes on both sides. Finally, salt and pepper. Serve veal liver with onion rings on topinky, garnished with half a tomato and parsley stalks.
