Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 250 ml soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 250 ml oil, tasteless, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

quick and easy

First, pour the soy milk into a bowl and mix with the lemon juice. Let the soy milk clump. This takes about 3-5 minutes. In the meantime, peel and crush the garlic, or place it in a garlic press and press it. Then slowly pour the oil into the clumped soy milk while blending everything with a hand blender. Then add the soy yogurt, garlic, and agave syrup. (You can also use honey, but then it’s no longer vegan.) Season the aioli with plenty of salt and a little pepper and curry powder. You can optionally add other spices, such as paprika, basil, etc. The mixture should sit overnight, as the flavor of the garlic only fully develops after some time.
