Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 ml sunflower oil
- 25 g flour
- 300 ml milk substitute (e.g. oat drink)
- 1 bay leaf
- m.-large nutmeg
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
While still cold, combine the oil and flour until smooth, then heat. When it bubbles slightly, stir in the oat milk to form a thick sauce. Add the bay leaf and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously. Season with nutmeg and salt.
