Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 dash of soy sauce
  • some mustard
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • n. B. Roux, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

also suitable as a decoction for soaking soy granules

Heat lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, and hot vegetable stock in a saucepan. Thicken with a roux. This mixture is perfect for soaking dried soy and can then be used as a sauce.
