Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp, leveled potato flour
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 dashes lemon juice concentrate
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. spice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Pour the oat milk into a saucepan, add the remaining ingredients, and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Season to taste, and enjoy! Tip: Serve with cauliflower schnitzel and mashed potatoes.
