Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml soy milk (soy drink) with chocolate flavor
- 50 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp protein powder, vegan and tasteless, e.g. pea protein
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
lactose and milk protein free
Cut the banana into small pieces. Measure the remaining ingredients and then blend everything thoroughly with a hand blender or blender. One shake contains approximately 25g of protein, 46g of carbohydrates, and 7g of fat.
