Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 10 g cocoa powder, sifted
- e.g. soy milk (soy drink) or rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for waffles, ice cream, pudding
In a small measuring cup or mug, combine the powdered sugar and cocoa powder with a fork until the powders are evenly blended. Then, while stirring, add the soy milk drop by drop until the desired consistency is reached. Caution: Be very careful when adding the liquid and stir thoroughly after each drop, otherwise the chocolate sauce will quickly turn into cocoa. If the sauce sits for a while, it will crystallize slightly. Then simply stir vigorously until the crystals are dissolved, adding more liquid as needed.
