Vegan: Fruit Salad

The perfect vegan: fruit salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 maturity Fresh mango
  • 2 piece Mandarins
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 0,5 Lemon juice
  • 0,5 Caramel syrup
  1. Peel the mango thinly, remove the mandarins from the skin, wash the apple, cut in half, quarter and cut out the stones and halve the lemon.
  2. Now cut the fruit into small pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. Mix the whole thing with a little caramel syrup (if you like) and the juice of half a lemon 😉
