Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 roll
- 1 sausage made from tofu or seitan
- 7 slice(s) cucumber(s), thinly sliced
- 1 tomato(s), sliced
- 1 small onion(s), cut into rings
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu sausage and 3/4 of the onion rings until golden brown. Cut the bun and sausage in half lengthwise and cover the bottom of the bun first with the cucumber slices, then with the tomato slices and the remaining fresh onion rings. Season with salt and pepper. Place the two sausage halves on top of the vegetables and scatter the fried onion rings with mustard and ketchup. Finally, place the top half of the bun on top.
