Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 100 ml sunflower oil or safflower oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients with a hand blender and season to taste.
