Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 50 g rice cake(s), natural
- 200 ml water
- 50 g tomato paste
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the water, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and very finely chopped onion. Crush the rice cakes. It’s best to do this by placing two cakes at a time in a freezer bag and pounding them with a meat tenderizer. This will keep them crumb-free. Mix the crushed rice cakes and the liquid until the liquid is completely absorbed.
