Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 30 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onion and chop very finely. Melt the coconut oil in a pan. Heat the oil in another pan. Sauté the onion. Add the onions and cooking oil to the melted coconut oil and stir to combine. Season with oregano, thyme, and salt. Transfer to a sealable jar and let cool, stirring frequently to ensure the onions and spices are evenly distributed. Store in the refrigerator.
