- 50 g kernels (Brazil nuts)
- 50 g yeast flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely grind the Brazil nuts, then blend them with the remaining ingredients in a blender. This vegan Parmesan substitute will keep refrigerated in a screw-top jar for up to two weeks. It tastes especially good drizzled with mild olive oil over capellini, spaghetti, and any type of pasta.
