Vegan pudding cookies without eggs and milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, approx. 80 g
  • 70 g sugar
  • 150 g margarine
  • 100 g chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 44 minutes

In a bowl, knead all ingredients together until a smooth dough forms. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Either roll out the dough and cut out cookies, or form into small balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and then flatten. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C (fan assisted) for approximately 12-14 minutes on the middle rack. Allow to cool and, if desired, cover with chocolate coating. Works with any flavor of custard powder.
