Vegan Tofu Tea
The perfect vegan tofu tea recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 mgr Diced onion
- 2 Pc. Chopped garlic
- 100 g Alsan
- 175 g Coarsely grated smoked tofu
- 6 tbsp Vegan cream (e.g. soy cream)
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- Some pepper
- Melt Alsan and sauté the onions and garlic in it.
- Add tofu and fry lightly.
- Do the same with the spices.
- Add the cream and simmer on medium heat for a few minutes.
- Pour into a tall, narrow vessel and puree with a magic wand.
- Pour into a glass, let cool and store in the refrigerator. The spread can only be kept for a few days, so it should be consumed as soon as possible.
