Vegan Tofu Tea

The perfect vegan tofu tea recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 mgr Diced onion
  • 2 Pc. Chopped garlic
  • 100 g Alsan
  • 175 g Coarsely grated smoked tofu
  • 6 tbsp Vegan cream (e.g. soy cream)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • Some pepper
  1. Melt Alsan and sauté the onions and garlic in it.
  2. Add tofu and fry lightly.
  3. Do the same with the spices.
  4. Add the cream and simmer on medium heat for a few minutes.
  5. Pour into a tall, narrow vessel and puree with a magic wand.
  6. Pour into a glass, let cool and store in the refrigerator. The spread can only be kept for a few days, so it should be consumed as soon as possible.
