Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 750 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
- 100 g cream cheese or grated Emmental cheese etc.
- 1 tbsp mashed potato powder
- 300 g vegetables
- White bread, diced, toasted
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dissolve the cheese in the heated broth, stir in the puree flakes. Add the leftover vegetables and scatter the white bread cubes on top. Sprinkle with parsley – done.
