Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ head of white cabbage
  • ½ cup(s) oil
  • ½ cup(s) vinegar
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Grate the cabbage and onion. Bring the oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil and pour over the cabbage. Let it simmer for 2 hours. Add a little pepper.
