Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 potatoes
- 500 ml broth
- 6 tbsp processed cheese with herbs
- pepper
- Salt
- 100 ml wine, white, dry
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and cook them in the broth until soft. Add the cheese and puree everything. Add the white wine and season with salt and pepper.
