- 2 large tomatoes
- 150 ml white wine

- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 3 tsp thyme
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 sausages (Mettenden)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes until al dente. In the meantime, dice the onion and fry in margarine. Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized pieces and add them. Slice the Mettenden sausages and add them as well. Simmer gently for about 7 minutes over medium heat. Deglaze with the white wine, crumble the stock cube and stir in. Season with thyme and crushed garlic. Cut the bell peppers into pieces, fold them in and bring everything to a boil. Cut the potatoes into larger cubes and add them to the pan. Then turn off the oven and let the pan stand with the lid on the hot plate for 10 minutes. This will keep the peppers nice and al dente. Tip: If you like, you can then top the vegetable pan with cheese in the microwave or oven.
