Arugula salad with tomatoes, pine nuts, bacon and balsamic cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of arugula
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 bag of pine nuts
  • 1 package of bacon
  • 1 class Bottle(s) of Balsamic vinegar (Balsamic vinegar cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the arugula and trim the stems. You can leave the stems on, but I prefer it without. Place the arugula on the plates. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (if desired) and then arrange the tomato slices on top. Briefly toast the pine nuts and scatter them over the salad. Then fry the bacon and serve it on top while it’s still warm.
