Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g salsify, tomatoes or parsnips
  • 50 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil, germ oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The first complementary food from the 5th/6th month

Clean the vegetables, rinse briefly, and chop them. Sauté or steam them in a little water. Puree the vegetables in a blender, adding a little of the cooking water. Cook the potatoes in their skins. Then peel them and puree them with the vegetables. Stir the oil into the puree.
