Ingredients
 

  • 5 Carrots
  • 2 Parsnips
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Raw ham
  • 200 g Emmental
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, thyme
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the carrots and parsnips and cut into sticks. Wash the zucchini and cut into sticks. Wash, quarter and slice tomatoes. Peel, halve and slice the onions and garlic cloves. Cut the raw ham into strips and the cheese into sticks.
  • Put the vegetables and ham in a baking dish. Salt, pepper, season with oregano and thyme and mix everything well. Finally pour plenty of olive oil over it and let everything cook in the oven at 150 ° for 30-40 minutes. The vegetables should still have a bit of bite.
  • 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, pour the chopped cheese over it and let it melt.
