Let the soy shreds simmer for 15 minutes with twice the amount of water, stock, and paprika. Finely chop the bell pepper, onion, garlic, celery, and carrot and add them to a hot pan with olive oil. Add the pulled soy shreds and fry everything for about 10 minutes, until the desired browning is achieved. Pour the balsamic vinegar into the grape juice and use it to deglaze the pan. Let it simmer slightly. Now add the two cans of pizza tomatoes and the cup of cream, bring to a boil once, and then simmer at low heat for 20 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
