Mix the rice with the listed ingredients, season to taste, form balls with your hands, and press them together firmly. Then flatten slightly and fry in hot oil for about 20 minutes until crispy, turning frequently. It’s best to place them on kitchen paper after cooking to absorb any excess oil. Delicious with various dips at a buffet, or with a salad for a quick main course.
