Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g bell pepper(s), green
- 375 g tomatoes, ripe
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), white, 50 g
- 1 tsp chives
- ½ tsp basil, chopped
- ½ tsp curly parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 6 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, wash, and slice. Blanch the tomatoes, rinse, peel, and slice. Peel and dice the onion. For the marinade, combine the lemon juice, water, mustard, and spices and season to taste. Stir in the oil. Toss the prepared salad ingredients with the marinade and serve sprinkled with the herbs.
