Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 75 g nuts, ground
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, grated
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix everything together in order to form a batter and pour it into a venison loin dish. Bake at 150°C for about 35 minutes. Once cooled, cover with chocolate icing and stud with slivered almonds.
