Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 radishes, white, peeled, cut into wafer-thin slices
- Salt
- 2 small apples, quartered, pitted, thinly sliced
- ½ snake cucumber(s), sliced into thin slices
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- Pepper, white, from the mill
- Dill, dried or fresh dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sprinkle the radish slices with salt, mix, and let stand, covered, for 30 minutes (or longer), then drain the water. Combine the radish, apples, and cucumber. Whisk the sour cream until fluffy, season with pepper, pour over the salad, sprinkle with dill, and season with salt, if desired.
