Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 bread dumplings from the previous day
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, white, freshly ground

Instructions

Halve the dumplings and slice each half. Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Wash the chives, shake dry, and finely chop. Mix the oil, vinegar, and a little lukewarm water to make a marinade. Season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine the dumpling slices and the onion rings. Pour the marinade over the dumplings and mix everything together. Sprinkle with the chives. Let it marinate, if desired. I also sliced ​​some pork sausage and added it to the salad. It tasted really good.
