Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g dried barberries
  • 20 g apricot(s), dried
  • 10 g dried cherries
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 20 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 20 g walnuts, chopped
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 80 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 50 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Soak the barberries in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse. Meanwhile, chop the apricots and cherries. Bring the soy cream and sugar to a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring gently. Then add the nuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds and brown lightly. Remove the pan from the heat and fold in the oats, flour, and dried fruit. Using two spoons, place the mixture into small heaps on baking paper and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
