Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml juice (multivitamin juice), thick
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 ml cream (UHT cream), up to 300 ml
  • 500 ml schnapps (corn, vodka, brandy), 38-40%
  • 150 ml rum, 40%
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prefer multivitamin juices with a high fruit content, including tropical and exotic fruits.

One week before infusion, soak the vanilla pod in sugar. To infusion, warm the multifruit juice slightly and slowly dissolve 150g of the flavored sugar in it, then let it cool. Then, one after the other, slowly stir in the cream, schnapps, and rum. Sweeten to taste if desired. You can vary the liqueur by increasing the fruit juice content and reducing the alcohol content. The total amount of approximately 1.2 liters should not be changed. The liqueur is ready to serve after briefly chilling. It will keep for at least 8 weeks when refrigerated and is very refreshing.
