Vodka Red Bull muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 270 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 75 ml oil, neutral
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 120g Red Bull
  • 100 ml vodka
  • Sprinkles, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, sugar, Red Bull, and vodka. Then stir in the flour mixture. Pour the batter into a 12-cup muffin tin, sprinkle with sprinkles, such as chocolate sprinkles, and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
