Vodka sauce for pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley, flat, chopped
  • 70 g Parma ham
  • 20 ml vodka
  • 50 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onion in butter, add the ham strips, and briefly sauté them. Deglaze with vodka. Add the cream and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, add parsley (generously!), pepper, and salt to taste. Enjoy with Parmesan cheese over pasta!
